Dana John McCune is a founding partner at McCune & Harber, focusing on the defense of school districts and municipalities. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA and Loyola Law School, he specialized in the defense of public entities, serving as a personal injury, civil rights, and employment lawyer for over 100 cities and school districts. He has successfully defended numerous trials involving catastrophic injuries, constitutional and educational issues, sexual harassment, racial discrimination, defamation, and ADA violations. Mr. McCune has been voted by his peers as Southern California “Super Lawyer” every year since the inception of the award. He has also served as a Director of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and is a longtime member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
